DESCRIPTION:NAMI Lorain County’s October Wellness Event is a Sound Bath Immersion.  Come and experience a meditative journey as you listen to the healing and uplifting tones of crystal singing bowls\, chakra chimes\, gongs\, wave drums\, and other healing instruments.  You can remain seated in a chair or lay on a provided yoga mat. Bring a pillow if you wish.  Please call Sarah at 449-240-8477 to register and arrange for transportation if needed.
